Privacy policy

What we store

• Account: username, email, password hash, date of birth confirmation, settings.
• Activity: games, deposits, withdrawals, shipments and sign-ins (with IP address and device) — needed for security, fraud prevention and accounting.
• Shipping: the address you give us for a shipment.
• Site analytics: the pages you open, how long you stay, what you click, errors you run into, your device type and your approximate location (city, from your IP address). We collect this ourselves — no advertising or third-party trackers — only to find problems and improve the site. Nothing you type into a form is recorded.

Why

To run your account, pay out withdrawals, ship cards, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. Marketing emails are only sent if you opted in, and you can switch them off in Settings at any time.

Who we share it with

Payment providers (card and crypto processors), the email provider and the carrier for your shipment — each only what it needs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, except what we must keep by law. Contact support from the email address on your account.
