Terms of service

Who we are

RIPEZ.GG lets you open digital packs of real trading cards, play games with the cards you own and have them shipped to you. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and allowed to use a service like this where you live.
• One account per person. Accounts opened to abuse bonuses or referrals are closed.

Your balance

• Deposits are credited after the payment provider confirms them.
• Bonuses carry a playthrough requirement shown on the deposit page; withdrawals unlock once it is met.
• Withdrawals are reviewed and paid by hand. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Cards

• Every card is valued at its current market price. You can keep it, sell it back instantly or request shipping.
• Shipping requests follow the statuses shown in your account, with a tracking number once dispatched.

Fair play

• Every result is committed before you play and can be verified afterwards (see Provably fair).
• Cheating, collusion, chargeback abuse or using several accounts leads to a ban and the loss of bonuses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
