Everything you buy on RIPEZ.GG is Ripez Dollars (RD). RD are delivered to your account instantly, the moment your payment is confirmed — the service is supplied in full at that point. **Purchases of RD are final and are not refunded**, whether the RD have been used or not.
By making a deposit you ask us to deliver the RD straight away and you agree that, once they are credited, you lose any right to cancel the purchase or to a cooling-off period.
Opened packs, finished games and their results can't be undone or refunded. Cards sold back are paid at the sell-back price shown at that moment; that sale is final too.
Unused RD are not paid back to your card or to the wallet you paid from. They can only leave RIPEZ as a withdrawal, under the rules in the Terms (crypto only, after the playthrough, minimum $20). A withdrawal is not a refund.
These are promotions with no cash value. They are never refunded or exchanged for money, and follow the rules in the Terms.
Opening a chargeback or dispute for RD that were delivered breaks these terms. The account is suspended at once, its balance and cards are frozen, we contest the dispute with the evidence of delivery, and we may recover the disputed amount and the provider's fees. If you have a problem with a payment, contact support first — we answer every request.
